SECONDARY OPERATIONS
We are able to perform a vast number and combination of secondary operations to meet customer needs.  These include, but are not limited to: cut and rolled threading, straight, spiral and diamond knurling, back turning, deburring, forming, flattening, drilling, grooving, bending, custom packaging, assembling, heading and milling.

HEAT TREATING

Our in-house heat treating department allows for precise control of the critical hardening process.  We are able to harden and temper to your exact requirements.

FINISHING

Our products can receive a variety of finishes based on your needs.  We can provide product with: a bright or dull polish, a deburr and polish, a polish and blue finish, a black oxide finish, nickel plate, zinc plate and zinc plate with chromate conversions, silver and gold plate.
